Bardon Residence

The Bardon Residence was designed for a project manager Ingrid came to know while working on a large Hospitality project together. They were able to translate their professional work experience into an engaged and successful working relationship for this family home.

Finalising the floor plans with the architect, Ingrid designed a stack of elegant, fluid floors that branch off the stairwell with its impressive three storey stone feature wall. The house transitions across three levels on a steep site with the bedrooms below and the Living and Kitchen spaces opening onto a deck and garden on the top floor. The many windows capture the views across Bardon as the block falls away at the front.

The home invites the visitor to explore its many nooks and cranny’s with it’s stone walls warmed by timber floors, elegant pendant lighting visible across three floors and timber and stone joinery throughout.
